RFB-PW-2026 -2027 TUNNEL REHAB PROJECT

Description: The City of Saint Paul Public Work Department is requesting sealed bids for its 2026–2027 Tunnel Rehab Project. Work includes constructing a sanitary tunnel shaft at Rice Street, rehabilitating corrugated metal culverts at Red Rock Road and Point Douglas Road, repairing sanitary tunnels at George Street, and providing tunnel cleaning and inspection support. Additional activities include traffic and erosion control, pavement removal and restoration, utility potholing, and street sweeping, with a 5% bid bond required.
