BID REQUEST - Please submit a bid for furnishing TREE TRIMMING at various locations over time period of January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, with the option to extend annually if mutually agreed upon for up to an additional 2 years, allowing for a 30-day cancellation notice by the City only, with the supplier making no claim for damages or additional compensation by reason of such cancellation. The City will engage contractors to provide the labor, supervision, equipment, and expertise needed to prune approximately 10,000 parkway trees each year across specified subdivisions. The City will supply subdivision maps and tree lists identifying species and diameter, and contractors will be paid per tree according to five diameter classifications. Work in each subdivision is due by October 1 of each contract year unless the City agrees otherwise.
