RFB for Frost 2027 Winter Playground — RFB-086062
The Government of Saskatchewan, through the Provincial Capital Commission, seeks an organization to design, build, and maintain an interactive snow-and-ice playground for the Frost 2027 festival. The structure must include a maze, slides, and professional art carving, with the contractor supplying the necessary snow and ice and maintaining the installation throughout the festival. The contract also includes a smaller youth-programming component, preferably an art activity using winter materials.
