Restroom Renovations at Various Parks

Description: Work includes an interior refresh and renovation of the existing locker room shower facilities. Work includes demolition and replacement of existing finishes, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, partitions, and accessories, along with patching and repair of designated existing elements; existing floor finishes; existing wall finishes/tile; existing plumbing fixtures; existing lighting fixtures; existing shower/restroom partitions; existing accessories; existing 4" masonry shower partitions; existing drain covers, where applicable; new floor finishes in accordance with the finish schedule; associated setting materials, waterproofing, grout, trim pieces, and transitions necessary for a complete installation.
