The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) seeks market research responses for the procurement of one new and unused Class II research vessel (31–35 ft catamaran) to operate in American Samoa. In support of MADMF year-round research and monitoring efforts in the coastal waters of the Commonwealth, we require the services of commercial and for-hire fishing vessels. This contract is for the procurement of commercial and for-hire fishing vessel support as is generally required for field research. This will become a list of qualified vendors that can be used to fulfill certain needs as they arise.
