The scope includes the following major capability areas: Implementation and optimization of an integrated EPM capability. Deployment of Process Intelligence capabilities that identify, analyze, monitor, and improve end-to-end processes. Transformation services, including roadmap development, operating model support, change management, training, implementation support, adoption enablement, and operational governance. Implementation of a UDO capability to track and monitor UDOs leveraging emerging technology. Advancing the use of the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) through a comprehensive Data Strategy, Data Catalog, data governance support, and analytics enablement. Use of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, automation, process mining, intelligent workflow, natural language querying, and other innovation pilots where appropriate and approved by the Government.
