Description: The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) seeks market research responses for the procurement of one new and unused Class II research vessel (31–35 ft catamaran) to operate in American Samoa. The vessel will support missions such as coral restoration, water sampling, reef surveys, and emergency response with a capacity for nine persons and a minimum cruise speed of 25 knots. This is a Sources Sought notice to identify capable vendors for a vessel built to ABYC and USCG standards with delivery required within 15 months of award.
