Requirements / Full Value Contracts for Learning to Work Program

The New York City Department of Education (NYC DOE) issued an RFP to procure specialized support services for over‑age, under‑credited students at transfer high schools, transfer charter schools, and Young Adult Borough Centers (YABCs). The solicitation is divided into three components—Learning to Work for YABCs, Learning to Work for Transfer Schools, and Supplemental Student Support Services—and vendors may propose for Component 1 and/or 2 (Component 3 requires a corresponding proposal for 1 and/or 2). Contracts are anticipated to be three-year requirements/full-value agreements with two two-year options to extend; services are expected to begin around July 2027.
