Work includes hall renovation. Including comprehensive upgrades to the building envelope, such as the roof, windows, and masonry systems, to improve long-term durability, performance, and sustainability. In addition, the existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems are to be upgraded or replaced to enhance reliability, occupant comfort, and operational efficiency. Hazardous materials abatement throughout the facility is also anticipated as part of the renovation scope, enabling the transformation of hall into a modern, accessible, and high-performing academic building that supports the evolving needs of students, faculty, and staff. Also includes an addition to accommodate programmatic requirements and enhance functionality for students, faculty, and staff. See attached file.
