The Village of Canastota is seeking proposals for professional design, engineering, permitting, construction management/oversight, and grant reporting services for upgrades and renovations to the Canastota Fire House.
Complete construction of a new facility, including all building components, site work, finishes, and all related elements required for a fully functional fire station.
Provide architectural and engineering design services for the renovation of the locker room facilities; grout in the shower and floor tile has eroded, creating sanitation concerns and increasing the potential for water intrusion beneath the flooring. The existing rubber flooring has begun to bubble and lift due to prolonged moisture exposure, presenting both a safety hazard and an ongoing maintenance issue. Ventilation in the locker rooms is inadequate, contributing to excess moisture. The existing lockers and benches are original to the facility and are at the end of their service life.
Request for proposals for design-build construction services to remodel a "black box theater" into five classrooms, two storage areas, and two student restrooms at Wallace Stegner Academy's Kearns high school campus.
