Description: Provide architectural and engineering design services for the renovation of the locker room facilities; grout in the shower and floor tile has eroded, creating sanitation concerns and increasing the potential for water intrusion beneath the flooring. The existing rubber flooring has begun to bubble and lift due to prolonged moisture exposure, presenting both a safety hazard and an ongoing maintenance issue. Ventilation in the locker rooms is inadequate, contributing to excess moisture. The existing lockers and benches are original to the facility and are at the end of their service life.
