2026 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS-LEGAL COUNSEL SERVICES
The Boone County Board of Commissioners seeks proposals from qualified attorneys or law firms to provide legal representation and advisory services to the Commissioners and designated County offices and boards. Services may include advice on county governance, ordinances, resolutions, contracts, public meetings and records, employment and human resources matters, public health, drainage, regulatory compliance, and related local-government matters. Proposals are due at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on October 23, 2026, and must be submitted electronically to Nick Parr, Director of Administration.
