REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Description: Lincoln County, South Dakota seeks qualified architectural and engineering consulting services to evaluate, cost out, plan, and prepare construction documents for a phased renovation of the old Lincoln County courthouse. The work covers the courthouse and connected administration building, including comprehensive condition assessments, historic-preservation review, code and ADA evaluation, hazardous-materials and energy assessments, repair recommendations, and design development. The selected consultant will develop renovation documents and cost estimates while preserving the historic character of the courthouse.
