Request for Proposal (RFP) for Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V)

Description: The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) services for the Missouri Vital Enterprise Resource System (MOVERS) project. The contractor will independently assess the project's health, technical quality, compliance with requirements, and project risks, reporting to the MOVERS Oversight Committee and Program Executive. The scope includes IV&V services, professional consultation, divergence analysis, and coordination with the State Project Management Team.
