Description: Chelan County PUD seeks a system implementor to plan and design Oracle Fusion and IBM MAS 9 ERP implementations. The work includes high-level architecture, process mapping, integration strategy, data-migration planning, and detailed technical design. Deliverables include functional design documents, integration blueprints, a data-migration strategy, and an implementation roadmap, with implementation services to be negotiated under a separate contract after the design phase.
