Description: Repair and restoration work at two of its public parking garages: The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of existing traffic coatings and topping treatments; the removal of corrosion from steel components, the removal of spalled concrete, repair of concrete cracks, reinforcement of structural connections, installation of new traffic coatings, waterproofing sealers, concrete joint sealants, expansion joints, replacement of stair assemblies; installation of guardrails and decorative infill panels; painting and striping.
