On-Call Right of Way (ROW) Agent (Request for Letters of Interest)

Description: Provide professional consulting services to provide on-call services for all phases of right-of-way acquisition and related services related thereto on an on-call basis for a period of five (5) years to the town. The on-call contract is intended to provide a flexible and effective way for the town to respond to recurring consultant service needs for multi-dimensional tasks requiring right-of-way services. Services may include, but are not limited to right-of-way project management, title research, right-of-way appraisals and appraisal review, negotiation and acquisition of property interests, preparation of conveyance documents (deeds, easements, plats, and legal descriptions), boundary, right-of-way, and easement surveying, utility coordination, administration and closing services, eminent domain and condemnation support services, and other related right-of-way services necessary to support the town’s transportation and capital improvement projects.
