REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST (RFLOI): On-Call Right of Way (ROW) Agent

Description: The Town of Knightdale is soliciting Letters of Interest—not grant applications—from qualified firms for a five-year, on-call right-of-way acquisition and related consulting services contract.
