Description: The Puget Sound Regional Fire Authority is seeking information from qualified providers about commercial off-the-shelf or configurable cloud-based public bidding portal systems. The desired platform would support public solicitation publication, document and addenda uploads, vendor questions and registration, sealed electronic submissions, evaluation workflows, public openings, compliance, reporting, implementation, and pricing.
