Replace boilers & upgrade controls. For this requirement, the general contractor will be required to include general construction, demolition, modification, and renovation of the existing central boiler plant (building 8)

Replace boilers & controls. This project would involve draining the system, removing existing boiler, removing hot water supply and return piping as required, disconnecting existing main power and gas piping, provide and install new Aldrich or like boiler, removing existing expansion tanks and providing and installing new expansion tank, provide and install new hot water supply and return piping as required by installation, provide and install new boiler pump, provide and install new low water cutoffs and safeties, provide and install new flew connections as required, reconnect existing main power wiring and gas piping, and provide startup and testing. This project would involve delivery of new materials and products requested. See attached file.
