Replace French Doors at 10266 Kiizhik B-1 RFP

Description: Remove existing French Door. Provide French door to match existing door. Provide installation of doors, which includes insulating, wrapping to match on exterior and replacing trim as needed. Provide and install on interior new jambs and casing to match. Touch up paint where needed and replace small items as needed that are affected by replacement. Provide all supplies needed to complete project. Thoroughly clean, dust and vacuum interior in affected areas. Responsible for repairs in areas where Contractor’s equipment damages said areas. Make turf, parking lot, and sidewalk and curb repairs in areas where Contractor’s equipment damages said areas.
