Replace the Compressor RFP

Description: Work includes replace the compressor in the Water Furnace in the jail; model/seriel UBH009…/151200964. Remove section of ceiling to access heatpump-Remove unit with a lift, disconnect all utilities-Replace the compressor, drier, reversing valve-Charge with new refrigerant, flush as well- Hang unit back in place with lift- Reconnect all utilities-Test for proper operation- Replace ceiling section.
