Replace DLB (AB) Switchgear

Description: The University of Michigan is seeking a pre-purchase of a double-ended medium-voltage switchgear lineup with automatic throw-over, a main-tie-main arrangement, and a DC power plant for its Dearborn campus. The equipment will replace the switchgear in the Daniel Little Building, and the supplier must submit detailed submittals, obtain DTE Energy approval, manufacture the switchgear, and deliver it to a location within 50 miles of Dearborn. The supplier must hand the equipment to the installation contractor and coordinate startup, owner training, and operation and maintenance manuals; installation is assigned to that contractor.
