Ketchikan Substation Transformer Procurement Project RFP
The Southeast Alaska Power Agency (SEAPA) is soliciting proposals from qualified suppliers for the design, fabrication, shop testing, shipment, and delivery of one 115/34.5kV, 3-phase, 20/25 MVA oil-immersed Power Transformer to be delivered DDP to SEAPA's Ketchikan Substation site at 6500 North Tongass Highway, Ketchikan, Alaska, with delivery requested by June 2028.
