Repair to Interior/Exterior, Unheated Storage Building
The project includes all labor and materials required to remove and dispose of interior walls, doors, windows, ceiling, lighting, electrical, flooring, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC system. Cap all removed utilities flush with finished floor. Remove and replace exterior sheet metal. Add new LED lighting, ventilation and unit heaters as required. Add new wire caging for unit equipment storage.

This Invitation for Bid is for interior and exterior renovations to convert the former St. Bernadette Elementary School at Jefferson Barracks into a Missouri National Guard Readiness Center, focusing on approximately 16,000 square feet including cafeteria, classrooms, restrooms, and basement mechanical/plumbing.

The project includes limited demolition of MEP systems within existing building. New electrical service by evergy and new distribution gear for 3-phase service with connection to new and existing panels within building. Various rooms are being remodeled in office areas. Upper standing seam roof is to be replaced in its entirety. New HVAC is being replaced for all cooling areas with added code required ventilation systems. Lighting is being replaced for led where fluorescent fixtures exist. Windows all entire first floor area are being replaced with non-operable windows. Three exterior man doors and various overhead doors at storage building. Civil components only electrical service work and pads for electrical gear. Plumbing components include restroom fixture replacement. Finishes for paint/flooring are indicated in contract documents. Mechanical/electrical components include other work indicated in the contract documents.
