The project includes limited demolition of MEP systems within existing building. New electrical service by evergy and new distribution gear for 3-phase service with connection to new and existing panels within building. Various rooms are being remodeled in office areas. Upper standing seam roof is to be replaced in its entirety. New HVAC is being replaced for all cooling areas with added code required ventilation systems. Lighting is being replaced for led where fluorescent fixtures exist. Windows all entire first floor area are being replaced with non-operable windows. Three exterior man doors and various overhead doors at storage building. Civil components only electrical service work and pads for electrical gear. Plumbing components include restroom fixture replacement. Finishes for paint/flooring are indicated in contract documents. Mechanical/electrical components include other work indicated in the contract documents.
