Description: It is the intent of the City of Philadelphia to make an award for Repair of Electric Motors for the various City agencies and departments as specified herein during the contract period. All quotes must be submitted through PHL Contracts no later than 10:30 AM on the date that the related bid opens. Quotes will not be accepted after the bid opening. It is the Seller's responsibility to ensure that the quote is submitted in a timely manner. 26052 100 001 - Labor Rate - Repair or replace AC electric motors, non-standard type per para. 2.2.1.1 in the attached bid document. 26052 100 - Parts - Repair or replace AC electric motors, non-standard type per para. 2.2.1.2 in the attached bid document. Seller shall enter Mark-up as a Negative (-) Discount. Seller shall enter estimated expenditures of $10,000 as the unit cost. 41132 001 New motor, replacement - Repair or replace AC electric motors, non-standard type per para. 2.2.1.3 in the attached bid document. Seller shall enter Mark-up as a Negative (-) Discount. Seller shall enter estimated expenditures of $65,000 as the unit cost. 26052 100 002 - Certification Charge, Explosion proof/UL certification per each non-standard XP motor repair per para. 2.2.1.4 in the attached bid document. 26052 101 001 - Labor Rate - Repair or replace DC/DC Valve electric motors, non-standard type per para. 2.2.2.1 in the attached bid document.
