Renovations to Existing Building RFP

Description: Base Bid - Renovation of an approx 4,400 SF of interior space in an existing building including some demolition, new flooring, new ceilings, some new walls, some new doors and windows, new electrical, new plumbing, new fire suppression system and new HVAC work. Hazardous materials will be removed as part of this contract. Alternate Bid - Casework, countertops and associated plumbing fixtures. Alternate Bid - Demolition of approx 7,400 SF existing membrane roofing and new membrane roofing is included as well.
