Description: Work includes apply compound, sand and repaint on all walls in laundry room; install fire rated walls in kitchen, and apply compound, sand, and paint; furnish and install new floors throughout prescribed areas; repair the damaged and broken stair components; provide and install rubber stair treads, 36" x 12", black, heavy-duty commercial grade, with slip resistant/nonskid surface. Treads shall be durable, resilient, and suitable for high-traffic interior stairways. Install securely over clean, sound stair surfaces using manufacturer-recommended adhesive and installation methods. Include all necessary adhesives, accessories, cutting, fitting, and labor for a complete installation on all stairs from 1st floor to stair leading to roof. See attached file.
