Building Renovations - Prospect House

Description: Work includes renovation site is a four-floor building. The prospect shelter occupies floors one and two and new prospects is on floor three and four. Each floor will have renovations done to upgrade them to improve safety, energy efficiency, and the general environment including;furnish and install 106 led 2' x 4' drop ceiling ljghts throughout the building: approximately 22 recessed units and 84 flush mounted units 26,500. ; kitchen install 5pc. 4' x 8' fire rated panel wall covering compound/sand/paint entire room; medical room 1 & 2, replace drop ceiling with new armstrong 24"x24" acoustic tiles and grid compound/sand/paint entire room. ; furnish and install four new front entrance treads with new rubber treads.
