Renovations at Andover Morris Elementary School RFP

Description: Interior renovation of four (4) classrooms, administrative offices, the nurse suite, and associated corridors; the complete gut renovation of two (2) existing multi-fixture restrooms; and the construction of one (1) new ADA-compliant, gender-neutral staff restroom. Mechanical work includes the HVAC upgrade of four (4) existing unit ventilators to vertical units that will provide heating and cooling. Site work includes sidewalk replacement, installation of new fencing, and parking lot paving and restriping.
