2026 Recreation Center Roof Replacement Project (RFP)

Description: Work includes roofing improvements on the recreation center building. Bidders shall submit pricing to remove the damaged roofing and dispose of materials; inspect the roof deck and replace deteriorated substrate; install new insulation board, a fully adhered membrane system, and new edge metal, termination bars, and flashing; replace penetrations, boots, drains, and equipment flashings; and complete waterproofing, sealing, and final inspection.
