Demolition and removal of the broken and unsafe porch structure. Removal of all associated debris resulting from the above work. No materials or debris shall be burned or buried onsite. Site Conditions and Cleanup: Maintain the project site in a clean, neat, and safe condition throughout the duration of work. Remove debris from the site as work progresses. Limit debris from affecting neighboring properties, sidewalks, or streets.
