Removal and Disposal: Removal and disposal of one bathtub currently located in the backyard. Removal and disposal of all trash, junk, and debris located on the porch and surrounding premises. Demolition, removal, and proper disposal of the deteriorated/falling-down shed located on the property. Removal of fallen trees and limbs. Demolition and removal of the broken and unsafe porch structure. Removal of all associated debris resulting from the above work. No materials or debris shall be burned or buried onsite. Site Conditions and Cleanup: Maintain the project site in a clean, neat, and safe condition throughout the duration of work. Remove debris from the site as work progresses. Limit debris from affecting neighboring properties, sidewalks, or streets.
