Description: Work includes front entry porch - lower: a. ) remove and replace the porch structure, and tongue permit, and groove decking. Install perimeter trim boards, and skirting. B. ) replace the porch cv, pb stairs with new code compliant wood stairs. C. ) install wood guardrails at the porch perimeter, and guardrails with finished (painted) handrails at each side of the stairs. E. ) all construction is to be code compliant; front porch - upper, gutter and flashing: at the front entry upper-porch, prep the pr, pb deck edge for a new gutter; remove the existing fascia, install a new wood blocking to create flat roof edge, install new metal covers, and then install a perimeter gutter. Install a downspout to grade, and discharge 4' from the foundation, avoiding any walkways. See also: work item #3. See attached file.
