Rehabilitate Physical Education Building - Basement, First Floor and Site Work

Description: Work includes gut renovations at the basement, first floor, and roof-top mechanical penthouse, including an expansion of the penthouse. Exterior envelope improvements include the replacement of the entry doors and a significant number of windows, precast concrete cleaning, and sealant joint replacement. The primary site scope is the creation of a dedicated chilled water plant and a zone for modular structures. Hazardous material abatement is included within the construction scope.
