The City of Seattle is seeking qualifications for an on-call consultant team to provide disaster-debris planning assistance before a debris-generating event and comprehensive debris monitoring after an event. The team will monitor debris-management sites, coordinate with the State and FEMA, support training and disaster drills, and help ensure recovery work is eligible for FEMA Public Assistance reimbursement. The on-call contract has a not-to-exceed amount of $10 million over five years, does not guarantee any minimum amount of work, and will define project schedules through individual Work Assignments.
