Red Light, Speed and Photo Enforcement (Request for Proposal)

Description: Provide an automated traffic enforcement safety device system, this includes the installation, implementation, and operation of certain aspects of the atesd, training and continuing performance of the hardware, software and supporting services needed for this system to function properly. The proposals shall be for a complete turnkey operation. The atesd includes two main areas of focus, (1) red light enforcement and (2) speed enforcement.
