Recreation Management Software System (Request for Proposals)

Description: To effectively serve the community, recreation management software is utilized to streamline many processes to make the necessary functions as accessible as possible for both the public and City staff. The recreation management platform provides necessary functions to make many of our processes efficient, convenient, and accessible for patrons. These functions and services consist of program registrations, account management, point of sale systems (admissions, concessions, etc.), facility rentals /reservations / schedules, memberships, communication tools, payment processing and invoicing, and various reporting functions, among other ancillary support functions.
