Recreation Complex Storage Building, Project #R27-03 Re-bid RFP

Description: Work generally includes construction of non-conditioned dry material storage building on the previously completed Phase I concrete foundation and floor slab. Scope includes CMU veneer walls and piers; masonry reinforcement, dowels, sealant, caps, and water-repellent treatment; roof trusses, wood framing, fascia, cedar soffits, and standing-seam metal roofing; gutters and downspouts; insulated steel overhead doors; insulated hollow-metal personnel door and frame with hardware; steel bollards; structural steel at the required opening; and all related accessories and work required for a complete installation. The Phase I footings and slab are existing and are not included in the base-bid construction scope except as necessary for connections to the existing work.
