Description: The City of Council Bluffs is soliciting a lump-sum bid to build a non-conditioned dry-material storage building at the Council Bluffs Recreation Complex, using an existing Phase I foundation and floor slab. Work includes reinforced CMU walls, roof trusses and standing-seam metal roofing, insulated steel doors, steel bollards, related site work, and three optional alternates for bollards, pier caps, and accent block. Bids must be submitted electronically with a 10% bid bond, and the successful contractor must provide performance and payment bonds equal to 100% of the contract price.
