Recorder Notification Program Services

Description: The County of San Mateo, through its Office of the Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder-Elections, invites bids for secure processing, printing, preparation, and mailing of Recorder Notification Program notices. The contractor will process County-provided recording data, produce accurate notices, and mail them within the statutory 30-day period, while providing reporting, reconciliation, proof of mailing, and audit support. The County anticipates about 2,000 notices per month, with services commencing in January 2027 under a one-year agreement that may be renewed for up to two additional one-year terms.
