Real Estate Development Opportunities (Request for Qualifications)

Description: Acquire, purchase, hold, lease as lessee, and use real property or any interest therein that is necessary or desirable for carrying out the purposes of the Authority, and to sell, lease as lessor, transfer, and dispose of any property or interest therein at any time acquired by it. This procurement is conducted in accordance with Owner’s Enabling Act, applicable provisions of Chapters 287 and 348, Florida Statutes, and Owner’s duly adopted procurement policies and procedures, including without limitation THEA Policy Series 500 (Procurement Policy) and any other applicable Board-approved policies.
