Rapid Incident Scene Clearance (RISC) District 3

Description: The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) issued this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN-13812 / DOT-ITN-26-3005-CS) to procure Rapid Incident Scene Clearance (RISC) services for FDOT District 3, which covers 16 counties in the Florida Panhandle. The selected contractor will respond to major highway incidents and provide rapid clearance of large vehicle crashes and incidents within 90 minutes in support of FDOT's Open Roads Policy. The contract has an initial term of approximately six years, with vendor responses accepted continuously until the closing date.
