Rapid Incident Scene Clearance (RISC) For District Two

Description: The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is seeking qualified vendors to provide Rapid Incident Scene Clearance (RISC) services for District Two in Northeast Florida. The contractor will be responsible for responding to major traffic incidents, removing vehicles and debris from roadways, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency responders, and ensuring compliance with all applicable safety regulations. The goal of this contract is to ensure rapid clearance of incident scenes to maintain traffic flow, support Florida's Open Roads Policy, and enhance public safety throughout District Two.
