Railcar Curtain Upgrade RFP

Description: The North Carolina Department of Transportation Rail Division is seeking bids to replace curtains in the passenger areas of its 56-seat and 66-seat coaches with blackout-style assemblies. The work includes 245 curtain panels for each coach type and associated hardware, with requirements for compatibility with the existing rod system, more than 90% light blockage, fire safety, and durability for rail service.
