D1 Stream Mitigation Credits *REBID2*
12 Month Term: The Department seeks to procure Stream mitigation (stream restoration credits) from a Vendor approved by the United States Army Corps of Engineers and must meet stream impact mitigation permit requirements dictated by the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) regulating "waters of the U.S." under Section 404 of the Clean Water Act. Please bid the total number of credits you can offer (credit x cost = total). The maximum credits that will be awarded from this solicitation is 2,500 credits. The contract will have an initial term commencing Upon Execution and will expire on 6/30/2027.
