Quarterly Schedule Printing RFP

Description: Bellingham Technical College is seeking a qualified printer to produce its quarterly course schedule booklets and prepare them for statewide USPS bulk-mail distribution. The work includes producing approximately 100,000–105,000 four-color, saddle-stitched booklets per quarter, supplying proofs and paper samples, managing mailing preparation, and delivering finished copies to the college. The contract is scheduled to run from October 2026 through July 2029, with pricing, certifications, insurance, W-9, and other procurement documentation required.
