The scope includes supplying all labor, materials, equipment, specimen collection supplies, preservatives, requisition forms, packaging guidance, and personnel training for specimen handling, as well as providing specimen collection via commercial laboratories or mobile-draw sites. The vendor must perform testing within published turnaround times, report complete results, provide technical consultation, maintain CLIA certification and required accreditations, and fulfill privacy and information-security.
