The system will generate its own condition scores, distress classifications, and treatment recommendations using vendor scans or DPW recorded video, all aligned to the County’s authoritative GIS roadway segments. It will also support light-touch ingestion of monthly notes, limited complaint trend visualization, and selective October rating imports—without recreating or ingesting any legacy spreadsheets, videos, or workflows.

Andersonville Road Culvert Install (Request for Proposal)
Contractor to provide labor and equipment to remove existing 36" CMP. Contractor to install one (1) piece of 36" CMP, 12 gauge aluminized and 66' long. Contractor to install 2 end sections. Contractor to provide all means/methods to dewater area and protect the waters. Contractor to provide all suitable class 2 sand and suitable 21AA aggregate for backfill under the road. Greenbelt area can reuse existing material for backfill. Contractor to pave back asphalt in 3 - 2" lifts for a total of 6". Asphalt needs to be a 4E mix. See outside link.
