Andersonville Road Culvert Install (Request for Proposal)

Description: Contractor to provide labor and equipment to remove existing 36" CMP. Contractor to install one (1) piece of 36" CMP, 12 gauge aluminized and 66' long. Contractor to install 2 end sections. Contractor to provide all means/methods to dewater area and protect the waters. Contractor to provide all suitable class 2 sand and suitable 21AA aggregate for backfill under the road. Greenbelt area can reuse existing material for backfill. Contractor to pave back asphalt in 3 - 2" lifts for a total of 6". Asphalt needs to be a 4E mix. See outside link.
